Hemab reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Website or the content at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. Hemab reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Website or the content at any time without prior notice or liability. Sections 3 (Use of the Website), 4 (Limitation of Liability and Warranty), 5 (Termination of Agreement), and 6 (Law, Jurisdiction and Venue) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

Your use of Hemab Website as well as this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that any disputes arising out of or related to Hemab Website and this Agreement including its existence, validity, or termination shall be finally settled before the Courts of Copenhagen, Denmark with referral of the matter to the Danish High Court or to the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court in accordance with the applicable laws. If it turns out that a particular provision in this Agreement is not enforceable, that will not affect any other provision.
