Dr. Shveta Gupta is a pediatric hematologist with over 10 years of clinical  experience specializing in hemostasis and thrombosis, with a deep commitment  to advancing care for women with bleeding disorders. She currently serves as  Medical Director, Medical Affairs at Hemab Therapeutics, where she drives  medical strategy, evidence generation, and launch readiness for novel  therapies in ultra-rare bleeding conditions. Dr. Gupta brings a unique blend  of frontline clinical expertise and industry insight, shaped by her prior  role at IQVIA, where she provided medical and scientific leadership for various clinical research projects in different stages. Her work is driven by a passion for closing diagnostic and treatment gaps, particularly in  underserved populations such as women whose bleeding symptoms often go unrecognized. She is completing her Executive MBA at the University of Florida and has pursued advanced training in AI in Pharma and Biotech (MIT) and Negotiation Mastery (Harvard Business School), equipping her to lead at the intersection of science, strategy, and innovation.
