Angela Volkert serves as Vice President, Clinical Research at Hemab. Angela is a seasoned clinical science professional with extensive experience in the design and execution of clinical trials across multiple hematologic and solid tumor oncology indications, hemophilia and bone repair. Before joining Hemab, Angela served as Vice President, Clinical Sciences, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Syros Pharmaceuticals where she led the clinical science team and had oversight of drug safety and pharmacovigilance activities. Her prior experience includes roles at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Research) and Tufts University. Angela holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
