Catherine Rea, MD, PhD, serves as Vice President, Clinical Research at Hemab, bringing nearly two decades of clinical experience in hematology. She is specialized in the diagnosis and management of coagulation disorders. Allied with her clinical practice, she has expertise in translational research and study design. She has collaborated and led on projects covering all stages of novel therapy development, from pre-clinical drug evaluation through to phase 3 clinical trials. Dr. Rea studied at Cambridge University, England and was awarded a PhD in Medical Sciences from Kings College London, England. She has numerous publications covering basic science, translational research, and clinical hematology.
